Delivery 

We normally ship goods within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) then we will e-mail you to let you know what the problem is. If you do not receive your order within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch in the UK and 5 to 7 working days for orders sent by airmail please let us know and we will look into the problem. If you still have not received your order after 14 days please write to us confirming non-receipt and we will refund you in full.

Returns 

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on service@liviuslivesey.com detailing your order number. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number with the returns number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit and those without returns numbers will not be accepted. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality

Every item of jewellery in in the LiviusLivesey collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality and value for money. Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return.

Privacy Policy

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. 
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. 
We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. We will use the information to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.

Contract For Sale

The advertising of products on the site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there will be breaks in supply in which case some lines will show 'Not Available'.

It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days. However, on rare ocassions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Tachyon Limited, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of despatch' email sent once your order has been succesfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Tachyon Limited on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Tachyon Limited will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
